Probably because we located money we think may be yours. The funds often derive from property owned from distant relatives, and when they either passed away or otherwise became unlocatable, the funds are escheated.

We get that it seems a little backwards. But, we have a fair amount of time invested in identifying properties and who might own them, followed by then locating those potential owners. We’re a for-profit business, and it wouldn’t be a great business model to provide all that information without having an agreement in place. We hope that makes sense.

No, we are not. But that’s what a Ukrainian hacker would say, wouldn’t they? Joking aside, we are lifelong residents of Oklahoma and Texas, but we understand why you’d ask the question these days. Call us and talk to us a minute and see if you think we’re legit. ‘Ain’t’ no way a Ukrainian is faking the Texas drawl.

It depends. Some claims are very complex and could take months. Some are relatively straightforward and can be recovered more quickly. We do everything we can to get it paid as soon as possible. 

You pay nothing in advance. Our fee is contingent on recovery of your funds, so we get paid when you get paid. While rare, if we are unsuccessful in the recovery, you owe nothing.
